Ludwig Reichhold has been appointed general manager of Dragages.
He will be responsible for the company's activities in Hong Kong.
Mr Reichhold joined the Bouygues Group in 1979 and, since 1992, has been in charge of the Dragages' building works in Hong Kong and E & M subsidiary BYME engineering.Johnson Stokes & Master (in association with Norton Rose) has appointed Simon S O Ip as senior partner.
He will take over from Peter Edwards, who will retire from the partnership but will remain with the firm as a consultant.
Mr Ip has been with JSM since 1972 and has been a partner in the litigation department since 1977.
